1. Scope of this notice
Ali and associates ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") publishes Total Casino ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may collect, process, or store when you install or use it, and the principles we follow. By installing or continuing to use Total Casino, you acknowledge and agree to this notice. If you do not agree with any part of it, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

We operate under a strict data minimisation approach: we only rely on data that helps us run the service, improve user experience, fix technical issues, and respond to your inquiries.
2. Categories of information we process
Below is a complete and concise list of what Total Casino may process. We never ask for more than is strictly necessary for the features you see and use inside the App.
2.1 Device and diagnostic signals
While the App is running, standard technical signals may be collected automatically, including but not limited to:
- Device identifiers available on Android (such as Android ID - used only for operational and diagnostic purposes);
- IP address assigned to your connection (used only for regional diagnostics, security, and basic analytics);
- Locale, language, and region settings;
- Operating system version and security patch level;
- Handset or tablet manufacturer and model;
- Build and version number of Total Casino;
- Crash traces, ANRs (Application Not Responding events), and performance metrics;
- Very coarse location derived from IP (country/region level only - no GPS or fine location).
Purpose: These signals help us detect outages, reproduce bugs, understand which OS versions require support, and improve overall stability and performance of Total Casino.
2.2 Camera - used for two purposes only
Total Casino may request camera permission for two specific purposes as described below. The camera is never activated in the background or without your explicit action.
2.2.1 In-app profile avatar (local storage only)
You may use the camera to take a new photo to serve as your personal avatar within Total Casino. Alternatively, you may select an existing image from your device gallery.
- The chosen avatar image is stored locally on your device and associated with your in-app profile;
- Your avatar is never automatically uploaded to our servers;
- We do not use your avatar for facial recognition, advertising, or surveillance;
- Removing the App or clearing its local data deletes your avatar image from that device.
2.2.2 Privacy Policy feedback form - attachments (sent to developer)
Within the Feedback section of this Policy page (displayed via WebView), you may use the camera to take photos that you attach to a support message.
- When you submit the feedback form, any images you captured (or selected from gallery) are sent together with your message to our support email;
- These images help us understand bugs, UI issues, or suggestions you report;
- Images are transmitted over encrypted channels (TLS);
- We retain feedback images only as long as necessary to resolve your ticket (typically a few weeks);
- You should avoid attaching sensitive personal documents (passports, ID cards, banking details) to feedback messages.

Shared rules for both uses:
- The camera preview opens only after you explicitly tap a relevant button ("take avatar photo" or "attach image to feedback");
- We do not enable the camera when the App is idle, in the background, or for any hidden purpose;
- You may deny camera permission through Android settings; the App will continue to function, but avatar and feedback-attachment features will be unavailable.
2.3 WebView - embedded privacy policy with integrated feedback form
Total Casino contains an embedded WebView component that loads this Privacy Policy document from a remote source. Within this same WebView, we also provide a Feedback / Support form that allows you to:
- Send text messages to the developer;
- Attach images (taken with camera or selected from gallery);
- Submit bug reports and feature requests.

Important information about WebView and feedback:
- When you submit the feedback form, your message and any attached images are sent to [email protected];
- The hosting server for the Policy page may collect standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for basic security and server logging;
- The WebView does not grant us access to your browsing history, passwords, cookies from your default browser, or any other personal data stored outside the App;
- Feedback data is used exclusively to improve Total Casino and respond to your inquiries; it is never sold or shared with advertisers.
2.4 Digital Asset Links (Android App Links)
Total Casino uses Google's Digital Asset Links protocol to publicly associate our website domain with the official Android application. This is a standard, verifiable mechanism described in Google's Digital Asset Links documentation.
We publish a statement list at:

The statement declares that the Android app with package name com.AnDamChoBe.AnDam (signed with our release certificate) may handle verified HTTPS links for our domain, including pages such as https://attlplgapp.com/privacy.
What this means for you:
- When you install Total Casino, Android may verify the association between the app and attlplgapp.com by fetching the public JSON file above and matching the app signing certificate;
- If verification succeeds, supported HTTPS links to our domain (for example the Privacy Policy URL) may open directly in the App instead of the default browser;
- You can still open the same links in a browser at any time; the App does not block browser access;
- The
assetlinks.jsonfile contains only technical association data (package name and certificate fingerprint). It does not contain personal information about you.
What we do not do via Digital Asset Links:
- We do not use this mechanism to collect browsing history, credentials, or data from other websites or apps;
- We do not sell or share the association file with advertisers;
- We do not use Digital Asset Links to access your camera or storage without normal Android permissions inside the App.
3. How we use your information
Processing of data is strictly limited to legitimate operational needs tied to Total Casino, including:
- Operating core App features, including storing and displaying your profile avatar (local device storage);
- Maintaining reliability, investigating crashes, and deploying technical fixes;
- Receiving and processing feedback messages with attached images (taken via camera) submitted through the WebView feedback form;
- Displaying this Privacy Policy and feedback interface through the embedded WebView component;
- Verifying and maintaining the association between attlplgapp.com and the official Total Casino Android app through the public Digital Asset Links statement (
/.well-known/assetlinks.json); - Protecting the App against misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity.
We explicitly do NOT:
- Sell or rent any personal data to third parties;
- Run behavioural advertising networks inside Total Casino;
- Build cross-app profiles for marketing or brokerage purposes;
- Upload your avatar image to any server automatically;
- Access your camera when the App is in the background;
- Offer any in-app, self-service, or automated deletion path for personal data that has already been collected and pushed to our servers.
4. When your information leaves Total Casino
We do not disclose personal data for unrelated commercial purposes. Limited sharing or transfer may occur only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers (processors) - Infrastructure vendors that assist us under strict contractual terms (e.g., hosting and content delivery);
- Support tickets - Any text and images (including camera-taken photos) you voluntarily submit through the feedback form are sent to our support email and may be visible to staff handling engineering and customer care;
- Legal compliance - If we are required to respond to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities;
- Business transfer - If Ali and associates or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, data may move subject to equivalent or stronger safeguards.
Reminder:
- Your avatar image is stored locally and is never uploaded to us unless you explicitly send it via feedback (which is not the intended use for avatars);
- Feedback attachments (including camera photos) do leave your device when you submit the form.

No ad SDKs: Total Casino does not embed advertising frameworks such as AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, or any similar ad-serving SDKs.
6. Retention periods
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose it serves. The table below explains typical retention:

Your control over locally stored data: Avatar images and other data kept only on your device are fully under your control via App settings, clearing App data, or uninstalling Total Casino.
No deletion path for server-side data: Total Casino does not provide any in-app, self-service, account-based, or automated mechanism to delete personal data that has already been collected and pushed to our servers. This includes, without limitation, feedback messages and attachments submitted through the WebView form, diagnostic and operational signals transmitted to our backend, and server or hosting access logs generated when you open pages such as https://attlplgapp.com/privacy. Once such data reaches our servers or support systems, it cannot be removed by you through the App or through a dedicated deletion interface on our website.
7. Security measures
We apply commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for all traffic between Total Casino and our backend services, including WebView content and form submissions;
- Restricted access to servers, logs, and support systems (minimum privilege principle);
- Regular dependency reviews and security patching;
- Feedback attachments are transmitted over encrypted channels; once received, they are stored in a reasonably secured email environment.
Important note: No system connected to the internet is 100% secure. Feedback messages and camera-taken images are encrypted in transit. Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal or financial documents (passports, ID cards, bank details, health information) through the feedback form. We recommend using device PIN, pattern, or biometric lock to protect locally stored avatar images.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including but not limited to the GDPR for European Economic Area users), statutory data protection laws may grant individuals certain rights over personal data held by service providers.
Important limitation in Total Casino: Although some laws may describe rights such as access, rectification, or erasure in general terms, we do not currently provide any operational path inside the App or on our website for users to delete personal data that has already been collected and transmitted to our servers. If you do not want server-side processing to occur, you should avoid submitting feedback with personal content and uninstall the App before additional operational data is generated.
The rights below are listed for transparency only and do not represent a guaranteed self-service deletion workflow in Total Casino:
- Access - obtain a copy of what we hold about you;
- Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") - in jurisdictions where applicable, this concept may exist in law, but Total Casino does not offer a user-facing deletion mechanism for data already stored on our servers;
- Restriction - pause specific processing activities;
- Objection - challenge processing based on legitimate interests;
- Data portability - receive structured, machine-readable data where applicable;
- Withdraw consent - where consent was the legal basis for processing.

We may respond to informational inquiries when reasonably possible, but contacting us does not by itself activate an automated or guaranteed deletion process for data that has already been pushed to our servers.
9. Children's privacy (age threshold)
Total Casino is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age. If you believe that a minor has sent us data (including via feedback form or camera attachments) by mistake, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Please note that Total Casino does not provide a user-facing deletion mechanism for data already stored on our servers, including data submitted in error.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may revise this document when features, partners, or legal requirements change. When we update it:
- The new version will be accessible from within Total Casino via the embedded WebView (https://attlplgapp.com/privacy);
- The "Effective date" at the top of this document will change;
- Material changes may be highlighted in-app through a banner or notice when you open the App.
Continued use of Total Casino after the updated effective date means you accept the revised wording. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the App and uninstall it.
